Collaborative relationship evaluation

Evaluating scientific collaborations, relationships and performance.

This is a tool from the Collaboration and Team Science Field Guide. It is a simple assessment tool that can be used formally or informally by members of a team to understand how different members are experiencing the team, what is working and what needs attention. It is useful to help identify areas in the project, especially the relationships, that may be hampering the success of the research team and need to be addressed. Using this gives you ongoing documentation of the internal performance of the team and an aid to managing relationships.
